Step-by-step guide
- Visit the official National University recruitment portal at jobs.nu.ac.bd.
- Complete the Online Application Form with all required professional and academic details.
- Upload scanned copies of academic certificates, marksheets, and testimonials.
- Attach copies of research publications and experience certificates in the designated sections.
- Submit the online application before the deadline on January 31, 2026.
- Print the completed application form and attach three passport-sized attested photographs.
- Prepare nine complete sets of the application and all supporting documents (attested).
- Submit the physical sets to the Registrar's office through the respective Head of Department by January 31, 2026.

This notice is a revised (corrected) version of the earlier upgradation notification.
Applications must be submitted only through jobs.nu.ac.bd using the Online Application Form.
Applicants must upload all required documents, including:
Academic certificates and mark sheets
Experience certificates
Service book or appointment confirmation documents
Research publications and acceptance letters (where applicable)
All uploaded documents must be clear, authentic, and properly attested.
Incomplete, incorrect, or false information will lead to cancellation of application.
National University reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
Upgradation decisions will be finalized by the competent authority and are not subject to appeal.
Failure to follow instructions may result in application rejection
